  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges (such as COD fees) will be mentioned before order confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Qanisha is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the customer, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
