​At Qanisha, we value your trust and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for ReturnsWe accept returns only under the following conditions:
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is in its original condition
2. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return ProcessTo initiate a return:
  1. Email us at support@qanisha.com (replace if needed) within 7 days of delivery
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images of the product
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Pickup
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)
5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
6. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Only size exchanges are allowed (if applicable)
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
7. Damaged or Incorrect ProductsIf you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
8. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • Refusal of delivery may result in shipping charges being deducted
9. Important Notes
  • Qanisha reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Products showing signs of wear, stains, or alterations will not be accepted
